Opening of the International Art Project "Seance"

On July 17, 2007, in National Library of Belarus gallery and exhibition complex took place a ceremony of the opening of the International Art project "Seance". The main point of this project was revealed at the exhibition opening day. An unusual opening without traditional speeches meant to let a visitor into a secret of an artist's creative way.

The exhibition "The Minstrel of People's Thoughts and Hopes" is dedicated to the 125th birthday of Yanka Kupala (1882-1942), the Belarusian people's poet, dramatist, journalist, and translator, one of founders of the new Belarusian literature and literary language, public figure, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
