On February 11th, within the framework of the XXIII Minsk International Book Fair, the library hosted the presentation of the book Беларусь – Финляндия: в часе полета (Belarus-Finland: at a distance of one hour of flight) by Uladzimir Dražyn, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Lithuania and Finland (2006–2014).
