On November 18, an International round table "Libraries and library public Associations in the context of modernity" will be held online, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Library of Belarus, the 30th anniversary of the Belarusian Library Association, and the 5th anniversary of the Ugra Library Association.

Planned topics for discussion:

On May 5, the 205th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Moniuszko (1819–1872), the world-famous composer and conductor, our countryman, who made a significant contribution to the formation of Belarusian musical culture, is celebrated. By this date, the National Library of Belarus has updated the already existing virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region", created five years ago, and now replenished with new unique materials.
