On April 1819, the National Library will host the XX International Book Readings, a large-scale scientific conference, the country's main platform for an open dialogue about book culture.

Traditionally, the problematic field of the conference will include issues of the history of book culture from antiquity to modern development trends. The topics of the conference are planned to be diverse and, of course, will arouse the interest of many domestic and foreign scientists.

Annual international book readings contribute to the establishment of scientific dialogue and cooperation between researchers from different countries, provide an opportunity to share the results of scientific achievements, contribute to the development of optimally effective approaches to solving urgent problems, and most importantly, inspire participants to implement new ideas and projects.

You can follow the update of information about the conference on the website of the XX International Book Readings.
