The Regional Consolidated Electronic Catalogue received two new partners (RCEC), the libraries from the Grodno region, the Slonim Regional Library named after Yakub Kolas and the Smorgon District Library. The resource was replenished with 61 thousand bibliographic records for documents stored in these library institutions.

Currently, the RCEC of libraries of Grodno region presents 12 libraries, over 931 thousand bibliographic records. The catalogue allows readers to quickly receive information about the availability and location of documents in the library funds of the region, providing new opportunities for searching for information, including those of local history, accumulates information located in various information storages, the largest free access search engines, assuming remote access to resources.

On May 5, the 205th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Moniuszko (1819–1872), the world-famous composer and conductor, our countryman, who made a significant contribution to the formation of Belarusian musical culture, is celebrated. By this date, the National Library of Belarus has updated the already existing virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region", created five years ago, and now replenished with new unique materials.
