On May 16, the National Library of Belarus hosted a webinar "Lan: integrated solutions for libraries and educational institutions".
The seminar participants got acquainted with the Lan electronic library, the company's flagship digital product, one of the leaders among electronic libraries in Russian universities. We learned more about the content, technologies and services of the platform.
During the seminar, special attention was paid to the Consortium of Online Electronic Libraries, a project of Lan company that unites libraries of 391 universities, including 14 universities from Belarus.
The audience's interest was also attracted by the company's non-profit projects - the Leadership Laboratory professional skills competition for university librarians, advanced training courses from the Lani School, the Rector Speaks information and analytical portal, and a volunteer program to support inclusive education for the blind.
The meeting was held in a mixed format. Over 60 library specialists from all regions of Belarus were able to join both online and in person.
