On September 16, 2009, within the framework of the visit to National Library of Belarus participants of the international scientific conference “Slavonic book print and culture of a book” and the session of the Council on book publishing of the International Association of Academies of Sciences presented to the Library a collection of publications.
During the visit to National Library of Belarus the guests got acquainted with its activities, architecture of the Library building, equipment, information resources, interior decorations and collection of rarities and presented to the Library a collection of publications.
The conference and session had been organized by Institute of Philosophy of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Belarusian and foreign scientists and publishers took part in the event.
