Al-Ahmad Nidal, a graduate of the Faculty of Information and Document Communications of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, was appointed Director General of the National Library of Jordan.
Mr. Nidal graduated from the postgraduate course and defended his thesis on "Library and Information Marketing and the Specific Features of Its Application in Jordan" (for the degree of candidate of Pedagogical Sciences), under the direction of Roman Motulsky in 1998.
We are proud of the fact that the graduate of the Belarusian Library Science school has achieved such great success. We congratulate our colleague on his appointment to a high and responsible post!
