On 5 October, within the framework of an official visit to the Republic of Belarus, the friendship and cooperation delegation of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan visited the National Library of Belarus.
The delegation was led by Saydullo Khayrulloev, Chairman of the Commission on control over reglament and head of the friendship and cooperation group of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for cooperation with the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
At the National Library of Belarus director Roman Motulsky welcomed the guests. Members of the delegation made a familiarization excursion to the Library and learned about its activities, architectural features, equipment, information resources and interior design. The excursion continued on the outdoor observation platform of the Library where the guests had a picturesque view of the capital and the suburbs.
At the Book Museum the guests could see the collection of rare editions from the stocks of the National Library of Belarus. Mr. Saydullo Khayrulloev wrote a memorable entry to the Guests of Honor Book.
