The National Library of Belarus offers a book exhibition timed to the Library Day.
At the exposition are displayed about 200 materials published in the last five years: scientific and practical book series “Librarian and Time. The XXI-th Century”, “Library: New Possibilities”, “The Modern Library”,“A Special Library Publishing Project” and others;specialized periodicals on library activities; materials of scientific and practical conferences and round tables on library science issues; National Library of Belarus electronic and printed publications, and others.
The exhibition includes three sections:
- Libraries of the world;
- Russian libraries and library science;
- Belarusian libraries and library science.
Besides that, at the exhibition are displayed books on library exhibition activities.
The exhibition is open from September 12, 2008 to October 31, 2008.
