The exhibition "Suguchcha" opened on the 3rd floor of the circular corridor on October 22. The exhibition is organized by the National Library of Belarus in cooperation with the "Zvyazda" publishing house.

The series of books "Harmony of Hearts" was published by the publishing house "Zvyazda" with the support of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus in 2013. There were published works of classical and modern literature of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. The publication caused a great resonance in the cultural and literary space of the CIS countries. The project formed the basis of the SOZVUCHIE.BY website, where writers, critics and publicists from different countries can discuss the literary heritage and tell about the events taking place in the literature of the CIS countries and peoples.

Over the years of the initiative's existence, a number of projects have been implemented, dedicated not only to classical but also to modern literature of our neighbours. For example, Abai Kunanbayev, the Kazakh poet, philosopher and educator, Mukhtar Avezov, the Kazakh prose writer, literary critic, the Armenian poets such as Eduard Militanyan, Avanes Tumanyan, Yagisha Cherents, Avetik Isahakyan and other writers were published there. One of the projects is dedicated to Yakub Kolas, the national poet of Belarus. Both Belarusian translations of foreign works and translations of Belarusian works into Russian, Tatar, Chechen, Uzbek, Kazakh and other languages have been published. Also, during this time, the project went beyond the borders of the CIS countries and was supplemented by translations of the works of Chinese poets into Belarusian.

Separate editions of books were translated into different languages of the world such as "My Golden Bengal" by Rabindranath Tagore, "And who is coming?" by Yanka Kupala, the famous preface "...To the place where you born" by Francisk Skaryna.
