From January 26, 2009, to March 15, 209, in the Belarusian Literature Reading Room (room 205) is open an exhibition “History of Belarus (publications of 2006 - 2009)”.
We invite to the exhibition researchers of local lore, scientists, teachers and professors as well as everyone who is interested in the history of Belarus.
The exhibition acquaints with the history of Belarus in the context of the world history and European civilization and reveals the urgent issues of historiography, source study, archival science and archaeology in Belarus.
There are more than 500 materials: scientific papers, monographs, authors’ abstracts of dissertations, materials of conferences, lectures and round tables, collected articles, maps, textbooks and bibliographies as well as publications dedicated to the eminent Belarusian historians.
