From July 31, 2009 to September 30, 2009, in the Belarusian Literature Reading Room (room 205) is open a subject book exhibition “Belarusian books abroad (publications 1990–2009)”.
The Belarusian abroad is a little known but interesting part of our common history and literature. Today the Belarusian live and work in Australia, England, Argentina, Germany, the USA, Canada, Poland, Russia, France and other countries.
The exposition which totals more than 500 materials published in the last 20 years acquaints with everyday’s life of the Belarusian abroad, Belarusian emigrant book production and literature on the Belarusian abroad.
