Just for You, a festive concert, was held in the conference hall of the National Library of Belarus on March 6.

Mr Roman Motulsky, Director General of the National Library of Belarus, began the event with a congratulatory speech, he showered the staff with warm and pleasant wishes.

Spectators were waiting for a rich program. They enjoyed the vivid performances by Mr Alexander Patlis, musician and artists of the Zadorinka Dance Ensemble of the Center for Continuing Education of Children and Youth ART under the direction of Ms Maria Brigadnaya and the dance project FUSION under the direction of Ms Tatyana Trofimova.

Mr Alexey Tarasov, Mr Vasily Prus, Ms Elizaveta Sirotkina and Mr Leonid Krivtsov highlighted the concert with their performances.

Mr Andrei Makayenok, famous master of ceremonies and stand-up comic, and Ms Alexandra Shpilevskaya, the employee of the National Library of Belarus, hosted the concert.

We present the updated virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region": on the 205th anniversary of the composer's birth

On May 5, the 205th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Moniuszko (1819–1872), the world-famous composer and conductor, our countryman, who made a significant contribution to the formation of Belarusian musical culture, is celebrated. By this date, the National Library of Belarus has updated the already existing virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region", created five years ago, and now replenished with new unique materials.
