The awards were given by the Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich.
The employees of housing and communal services, road services, transport branch, education, science, sport, public health received Labor Merit Medals and Francisk Skoryna medal.

On May 5, the 205th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Moniuszko (1819–1872), the world-famous composer and conductor, our countryman, who made a significant contribution to the formation of Belarusian musical culture, is celebrated. By this date, the National Library of Belarus has updated the already existing virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region", created five years ago, and now replenished with new unique materials.
