Results of the contest “The library as a basis of national culture” 2014 are summed up.
33 public libraries took part in the contest, including 13 central and 20 branch libraries, 16 rural and 2 children’s libraries. Participant libraries presented to jury 34 contest works.
On December, 18th, 2014, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus signed Order № 220 “About results of the ХХII Republican contest “The library as a basis of national culture” according to which libraries received monetary prizes.

1st prize (50 basic values):
Krichev Regional Children’s Library (the Mogilev Region);
Sanyukovo Rural Library (the Gomel Region);
2nd prize (40 basic values):
Dyatlovo Children’s Library (the Grodno Region);
Izbinovsk Rural Library (the Minsk Region);
3rd prize (30 basic values):
Rechkovsk Rural Library (the Mogilev Region).

Borisov Central Regional Library named after I.H. Kolodeev (the Minsk Region);
