On May 30, 2008, in National Library of Belarus took place the fifth plenary session of the Council of ministers of the Republic of Belarus Advisory council on foreign investment presided by Sergey Sidorsky, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.
During the event were discussed the issues of the legislation in the field of investment, development of financial markets and institutions, improvement of fiscal policy, procedure of customs, accounting, development of a favorable investment image, and so on.
