On 17 January, in the Institute of Business Activities (IPD) there was held a seminar – presentation “Electronic information resources of the Virtual reading room of the National Library of Belarus for university libraries”.

Director of the IPD library Tatiana Ladutko made opening address to participants of the seminar.

At the seminar specialists of the National Library of Belarus Elena Snegireva, Oksana Rudkovskaya and Pavel Kalenteev acquainted the participants with resources of EBSCO, Grebennikon, EastView, IQlib, Gale: Biograhy in Context, Integrum and other databases available to subscribers of the Virtual reading room in 2014.

Public information resources interesting to research workers and students, databases created by the National Library of Belarus and other Belarusian libraries were also presented.

The event gathered about 30 participants: university professors and librarians.
