A festive opening of the book exhibition “Under dragon’s wings”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relationships between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China, takes place on January 31 in the Library.
A presentation of the book Belarusian-Chinese relationships in recollections of Belarusian ambassadors written by the director of the Republican Institute of Chinese studies n.a. Confucius of the BSU, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the PRC from 2006 till 2010 Anatoly Tozik.
The exposition will include 300 editions in Belarusian, Russian, Chinese and English, dedicated to history, culture, architecture, scientific and economical achievements of China. The centre of the exposition is a section dedicated to Belarusian-Chinese relationships.
A wide circle of readers can get acquainted with interesting and original editions about China. Belarusian scientists, teachers and students will find collections of works, monographs and scientific literature exceptionally useful.
The event begins at 4 p.m. in the gallery “Labyrinth” (3rd floor).
The exhibition on the 3rd floor lasts till March 1.
