The International Library Forum "Library in the Development of Cultural Potential of the Region", organized by S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar Regional Universal Scientific Library, takes place on November 3-4 in Pavlodar (Republic of Kazakhstan).
The forum is held within the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 125th anniversary of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar Regional Universal Scientific Library.
Ms Natalia Zamajeva, Head of the Bibliology Research Department of the National Library of Belarus, took part in the event with a report "The National Library as a Modern Information and Socio-Cultural Centre".
The National Library of Belarus expresses its gratitude to the organizers of the forum, who provided an opportunity to share experiences and new ideas.
