On September 25 the participants of the Book Professors' Club were greeted by Denise Ellen Carroll, a scientist of the Manuscript Research Group (USA), who held an excursion at the exhibition "Belarus and the Bible".
The researcher described in detail the hand-written book tradition, the manufacture of papyrus and parchment and told about the hard work of the manuscripts.
At the exhibition participants saw a variety of handwritten Bibles and the first printed Bibles.
Then the children watched a video about the founder of European printing Johannes Gutenberg and even printed a page from the Francysk Skaryna's Bible.
