On 16 June, the National Library hosted the funny quest “Biblio-landing” timed to the 10th anniversary of its new building.

Eight teams of five participants in each participated in the game. The players faced a difficult task to get the keys to the secret doors and get into the heart of the library. On the way to the winning participants had to pass the complex tests: the mysteries of the Book Museum, the secrets of the library circular corridors, the intellectual puzzles and plenty of non-standard tasks.

With great enthusiasm and excitement participants competed for the championship in the quest, because the time was not on their side – a lot of tasks, but time is limited. Therefore, the competing teams mainly moved jogging and looking intently at everything that surrounded them: the countless books, paintings, tapestries and other unusual things ...

As a result of the honest and decent fight, in the quest “Biblio-landing” won the team of Anastasia Shereshevskaya, Irina Dodalevs, Julia Kurateva, Denis Kuratev and Ella Sapega. As a gift for the most savvy, the winners received a cake with the image of the National Library and a journey into the very heart of the "diamond" – the book depository. The tour for the participants-winners was held by the Deputy Director for Information Resources Tatiana Kuzminich .

Other gamers of the quest received as a gift participant diplomas and souvenirs – symbolical keys to the treasury of knowledge.

We congratulate all the participants of the game for the positive mood and thank for spending this memorable day, the 10th anniversary of the new library building, with us!
