The Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum, the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature, and the National Library of Belarus has arranged for the exhibition "In the land of dreams".

A collaborative exhibition from library and museum collections focused on the life and creative legacy of the great Belarusian poetess Kanstantsia Builo (1893–1986), Honored Worker of Culture of the BSSR, is on display at the Museum of Books in honour of the poetess' 130th birthday.

Among the exhibits is the first collection of author's poetry "Kurgan kvetka"(1914), published with the editorial blessing of the people's poet of Belarus Yanka Kupala in the artistic design of the famous Belarusian artist Yazep Drozdovich. A number of publications are presented with gift inscriptions.

The exhibition is complemented by photographs and author's manuscripts. Among them are poems with dedications to Yanka Kupala and correspondence between Kanstantsia and his wife, Vladislava Frantsevna Lutsevich.

The poetess's personal items, which her son has carefully maintained, are of exceptional worth.

The opening of the exhibition will take place January 11th at 4 pm in the book museum (note 347).

Entrance to the exhibition at the grand opening is free, the rest of the time the entrance is available by the library ticket or ticket of the library's social and cultural center.

The exhibition will run until March 31, 2023.
The end date of the exhibition can be changed.
