On 30 October, the National Library of Belarus hosted the delegation of Krasnoyarsk region of the Russian Federation headed by its governor Lev Kuznetsov within the framework of it visit to Belarus.
At the National Library of Belarus Elena Dolgopolova, First Deputy Director for User Service and Ideology, welcomed the guests. A special excursion was organized for the members of the delegation. They learned about the work of the National Library of Belarus, its architectural and construction features of the building, equipment, information resources and interior design. The excursion included visiting of the Library’s Observation Platform where they could enjoy a spectacular view of the capital and its surroundings.
The collection of rare editions from the stocks of the National Library of Belarus was shown to the guests at the Book Museum.
