Seminars on the electronic resources of the virtual reading room for information support of research work were held in Vitebsk, on November 30.
The events, provided the National Library of Belarus and Clarivate Analytics Company, were held at Vitebsk State University named after Masherov and Vitebsk State Technological University.
The seminars were attended by faculty of Vitebsk universities, young scientists, graduate students and staff of university libraries.
Specialists of the Corporate Interaction Department, the National Library of Belarus, Maria Domovskaya and Julia Metelskaya, introduced the audience to the opportunities offered by the virtual reading room for their partners and users.
Irina Tikhonkova, the Clarivate Analytics training specialist, presented the Web of Science information products. She told about the use of scientometric indicators in the planning and evaluation of universities' research activities and answered in detail the most pressing questions.
