One of the options is to come on a tour!

A tour quest "Looking for Francysk Skaryna's Heritage" is a hit among active and inquisitive schoolchildren. During the quest, the team of participants uses a map and tips located at different points of the reader's zone, solves puzzles, learns interesting facts from the life of the Belarusian first printer and the history of Belarus.

We decided to learn from the direct participants, sixth-graders of Minsk Gymnasium No. 20, how much they liked this tour. Many of the children came to the National Library of Belarus for the first time, but there were also those who had already visited the Observation Deck, went on the tour, and even celebrated their birthday here.

The unusual format of the tour found student's warm response. Some of the kids liked the process of finding tasks, someone liked to navigate in a huge library building with a map, and someone preferred to solve quizzes and ciphers. Sixth graders successfully fulfilled all the tasks, and at the end of the tour, a surprise was waiting for them – a certificate of passing the quest and a ticket to the Observation Deck where they could admire Minsk from a bird's-eye view.

The tour-quest is a great opportunity for teenagers to actively explore the history and culture of our country, learn more about the National Library of Belarus, show their ingenuity and resourcefulness.

If you want to become a member of the tour-quest "Looking for Francysk Skaryna's Heritage", we are waiting for you!

Applications are accepted from 10.00 to 18.00 from Tuesday to Sunday.
