Two holograms, ”The Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus” and ”The Coat of Arms of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic”, will be on display from June 4, as part of the exhibition of art holograms "Education. Cognition. Progress". The display is timed to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.

”The Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus” is a hologram of the main national symbol of the Republic of Belarus, along with the national flag and anthem. The present symbol is based on the coat of arms of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, created by Ivan Dubasov in 1950.

The hologram ”The Coat of Arms of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic”, timed to the 60th anniversary of the BSSR, was presented to the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Piotr Masherov. The original replica with an inverted three-dimensional image produces the illusion of an airy object.

The exposition of art holograms "Education. Cognition. Progress" includes about 150 exhibits, created by the leading Belarusian enterprises “Magiya Sveta” (Magic of Light) and "Holography Industry". Here you will find the Great Patriotic War attributes, Christian relics, museum values, machines, art-compositions, nature, architecture, valuable early-printed publications from the collections of the National Library of Belarus and much more.

The exhibition will run until August 31, 2018.
The opening hours may be changed.
