On 22 April at 4 p.m., a cultural-educational action "Author’s look. Through the line of time” timed to the World Book and Copyright Day (23 April) takes place at the art gallery Rakurs.
Fulfilling the educational mission, paying tribute to the authors and calling to appreciate their irreplaceable contribution to social and cultural progress, the National Library of Belarus holds a cultural-educational action on the day dedicated to the world of reading and literary creativity.
Within the framework of the event, authors will sign a copyright transfer agreement for publication of their works in the database “The Electronic Library of the National Library of Belarus”.
Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the National Legislation Center of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the National Library of Belarus, UNESCO, the National Center of Intellectual Property, and also representatives of scientific communities and creative unions, heads and employees of Belarusian libraries will take part in the event.
