On March 4, 2008, in the gallery “Rakurs” took place the opening of an international art exhibition “The Flower Paradise II” dedicated to the International Women’s Day.
The world of flowers full of rich colors and forms is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for poets and musicians. Flowers are a favorite subject for artists. Warmth of flowers revives cold hearts, waken good feelings, and please people with the sensation of spring, beauty, and life.
At the exhibition are displayed over 130 works (painting, watercolor, batik, graphics, and photography) by artists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Armenia, Serbia, and Norway.
The exhibition is open until April 25, 2008.
