Alexander Anufrievich is an author of fiction and nonfiction. He began his literary career in the partisan detachment. Understanding the trials that befell a person and personally experienced during the war years allowed the writer to create a number of works about this difficult time for the country. His artistic legacy can be called a kind of chronicle of past events. Both the military and post-war life of Belarus, as seen by the front-line writer, was reflected in the perspective.
The theme of correcting a person, his moral and spiritual development as a person in the complexities of everyday life has also become decisive for the entire work of A. Savitsky. Through his works, the writer asserts the primordial values, moral norms that make up the essence of Belarusian life: goodness, beauty, peace, happiness, love, family, work, love for his native land, preservation of the memory of generations.
