Due to the unstable epidemiological situation in the world, the 7th International Congress "Library as a Cultural Phenomenon", dedicated to state and region studies, will be held on October 21-22, 2020 in a changed format.

The first day of the Congress is to be online. Participants will be able to join the video broadcast of the speakers. Subsequently, the recording of the event will be available to everyone.

On the second day of the congress, events will take place both in the library building and online.

More details about the changes in the work of the Congress can be found in the updated newsletter on the library portal.

A program and a link to the congress broadcast website will be provided on the eve of the event.
