They say that artists view the world differently. What is their view of the capital of Latvia? Riga Through the Eyes of an Artist photo album gives the answer to this question. The album was released by Aminori publishing company and is available in three versions – in Russian, Latvian and English.

Vivid and very personal stories about the hometown of 18 Latvian artists of different generations are richly illustrated with their paintings, as well as storytellers' portraits and photographs of Riga.

The presentation of the photo album will take place as part of the XXVII Minsk International Book Fair.

From July 2 to August 5, in the documents of international rganizations of the National Library of Belarus (2nd floor, room 207g), a thematic book exhibition "Modernity and the future of the Earth's Population" takes place. The exhibition is dedicated to World Population Day, the 75th anniversary of the formation of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the 30th the anniversary of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and UNFPA .
