On June 19, 2007, the parliamentary delegation of South Africa National Council of Provinces headed by M. Mahlangu, the Chairman, in the framework of official visit to Belarus, visited National Library of Belarus.
During the Library tour the guests acquainted themselves with history and resources of the Library as an informational, social, cultural, and political centre of the country. African delegates visited the museum of a Book where Mr. Mahlangu wrote his entry to the Guests of Honor’s Book. At the end of the event Mr. Mahlangu received from the Library a photo album.
