Observation Deck

Visitors can ascend the observation deck using the panorama elevator made by Finnish KONE Company. It has a transparent prism wall made of glass that gives an impression of a flight while lifting.

Thanks to a good landscape location of the Library, the Observation deck has become an attractive tourist object. The marvelous panorama of Minsk and the suburb at a height of over 73 meters is very impressive in any season. Photographing and filming are allowed.

The indoor observation deck on the 22nd floor is a hall in the form of a polyhedron.

There is the art gallery "Panorama" where art exhibitions and different events (ceremonies, presentations, business meetings) take place.

Visitors will be able not only to look at the capital from a bird's-eye view, but also to virtually see the sights of Minsk with the help of the Virtual Tour project developed immediately before the 2nd European Games.

The Graf Cafe Coffee Bar (22nd floor) has a cozy interior and offers aromatic brewed teas and coffee, desserts, hot dishes and snacks, as well as a wide range of beverages. You can also buy a souvenir in our shop. Enchanting view from the window, a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and Chillout & Lounge tunes are good for family holidays, romantic meetings and business negotiations.
For cafe visitors, the admission fee is equivalent to the cost of ascending to the observation deck.
The coffee bar offers a 5 % permanent discount for registered readers,
a 10 % discount for the employees of the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus,
a 25 % discount for the employees of the National Library of Belarus.

Opening hours:

Monday – Sunday: 11.00–23.00 (last elevator ride at 22.30).

Ticket office: 12.00–22.30. The ticket office technical breaks: 14.00–14.15, 16.00–16.15, 18.00–18.15, 20.00–20.15.
