On May 15, on the International Family Day, the National Library of Belarus was visited by members of the Belarusian Association of parents with many children in the Pervomaisky district of Minsk. They took part in the quest tour "The Road of the Great Victory", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.
The tour provided an opportunity for families to spend their free time together, take a break from everyday worries, get an idea of the possibilities of organizing family leisure in the library, and feel the attention and support from others. During the tour, the guests took a route through the National Library using maps and completed tasks using electronic tablets. The tourists expanded their knowledge about iconic personalities (Kizhevatov A., Gastello N.) and important historical sites (Brest Fortress, Khatyn and others) associated with the Great Victory.
At the end of the tour, the guests were surprised – they visited the Observation deck, where they took memorable photos in the festive photo zone.
