From 5 to 7 September, UNESCO, jointly with the National Library of Belarus (in the framework of the International Congress “National Library as a cultural phenomenon" timed to the 90th anniversary of the National Library of Belarus) organized “Regional Consultation on Open Access to Scientific Information and Research”.
Experts from 17 countries took part at the Regional Consultation. As a result, some recommendations were adopted.
