On April 5th, artist Siarhej Radziuk will present in the National Library his exhibition project “Romantic adventurism”.
Siarhej Radziuk is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, as well as the founder of the international public organization of artists "Sunny Square". He has more than 80 solo exhibitions. His artworks are in state museums of Luxembourg, South Korea, Vietnam, Belarus and Russia, as well as in private collections of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, the King of Cambodia, and other known art lovers all around the world.
The artworks by Siarhej Radziuk are performed in various styles and genres. This is realistic, objective painting, modern and original experiments in the author’s style “jazz”. In his work, the author resorts to a mixed technique combining painting with collage elements and using coins, candles and other bulky items.
The offered exhibition presents the most famous works of the artist, including his dramatic and phantasmagoric landscapes. The famous series of paintings "The Ladies Have Arrived", showing the viewer unrealistic stories about light, weightless girls who can have breakfast in the clouds and swing on trees, transport visitors to the era of the Silver Age.
The vernissage starts at 16.00 in the gallery “Panorama” (on the 22nd floor). The exhibition will run till May 5th, 2016.
Entrance to the observation deck is paid, except for the exhibition opening day.
