Nadezhda Vysotskaya is a Doctor of Arts, professor, and laureate of the Republic of Belarus State Prize. The book contains photos of materials from the main collections of Belarus and Russia: exhibits from museum collections, and as well altars and icons from temples.
At the event were presented as well the latest publications by “Belarus” publishing house: “History of Belarusian Art” in two volumes by B.A. Lazuka; “Belarusian Woman’s Native Costume”, and “Belarusian Men’s Native Costume” by V.M.Belyavina and L.V.Rakova; and publications dedicated to architectural and cultural monuments of Belarus by authors A.A. Yaroshevich, V.D. Bazhenov, and T.V. Gabrus.
