On 10 October, an international seminar "EastView information resources: new products and new possibilities for libraries" was held at the National Library of Belarus.
The event was organized by the National Library of Belarus and "IVIS" LLC (Russia).
The participants of the event were over 70 people: specialists from Belarusian libraries, research workers, academicians, young researchers.
Presentations of EastView new products were carried out at the seminar. There were shown complete archives of editions, including newspepers Izvestiya and Literaturnaya gazeta, as well as archives of Chinese editions. A database of world population LandScan was brought to the participants’ attention. The participants knew about subscription to periodicals offered by EastView.
