On February 25, the National Library of Belarus held a webinar on the topic "Minor Repair of Documents."
During the webinar, specialists of the Department of Restoration and Preservation of Library Documents of the Digitization and Preservation of the Library Documents Centre demonstrated ways of repairing book blocks; provided an overview of improvised tools and materials for the repair of mass-use library documents; explained the peculiarities of preservation of library documents, taking into account the different valuecategories.
Specialists of regional and central libraries who carry out repairs of paper documents of mass use, representatives of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus participated in the event.
