On September 21, 2009, presentation of the book by Petko Ganchev, the former Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Republic of Belarus took place in National Library of Belarus.
Petko Ganchev is a Doctor of Philology, Doctor of Political Science, Honored Professor of Y. Kupala Grodno State University and M. Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University.
The book is a survey of the epoch from the late forties of the ХХ century to 2005. it reveals the most significant historical events, people, and facts of the time.
Representatives of diplomatic corps, politicians, scientists, cultural workers and journalists took part in the presentation.
Within the framework of the presentation part of the edition including a book autographed by Petko Ganchev were handed to National Library of Belarus.
