On November 3rd, 2009, in M.V. Lomonosov Fundamental Library of Moscow State University took place the third assembly organized by the Russian World Fund.
About one thousand representatives from 80 countries participated in the assembly. Perspective trends of work of the fund on realization of educational programs, creation of Russian centers, realization of interstate educational and other projects were discussed during the event.
Deputy Director of National Library of Belarus (NLB) for information and library service E.E. Dolgopolova participated in the assembly. During the meetings held within the framework of the assembly, different projects, opportunities of carrying out of examination of the NLB’s project on purchase of е-Library database and opening of a virtual “Russian center” were discussed.
During a meeting with assistant to the general director for service of Russian State Library O.V. Serova, the terms of user service within the framework of the international interlibrary loan were discussed.
