On 21 April at 5 p.m. a charitable art project "The world behind the window” opens at the art galley Labyrinth.

The project organizers are the National Library of Belarus and the International Guild of Painters.

The basic concept of the charitable art exhibition is that physical and mental disabilities can’t limit creative self-expression of a person.

Instead of ignoring such problems or shunning disabled people, society must create conditions for their equal participation in social life and creative self-fulfillment.

About 100 works of 25 authors are on display.

The project participants: Minsk Regional Special Boarding School for Deaf and Hearing-Impaired Children, rehabilitation studio “Palitra”, the National Center of Arts for Children and Youth, and psychoneurological boarding school № 2.

The exhibition runs up to 20 May.

Contact phone numbers: (+375-17) 293-28-23, 293-27-67.
