The Patriarch of Belarusian Satire

The literary and documentary exhibition "The Patriarch of Belarusian Satire” reveals a unique satirical talent of Kondrat Krapiva, Belarusian classical writer, poet-satirist, dramatist, linguist, and one of the most known representatives of Belarusian national culture.

The exhibition presents rare specimens from the writer’s archive actually kept in the collection of the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature: manuscripts, letters, photographs taken in different years, documents, souvenirs, books and other property.

The National Library of Belarus offers a show exhibition of Kondrat Krapiva’s works and related documents from its stacks.
