On January 16, the Maladnyak Literary Association Day will be held at the National Library of Belarus. The round table Maladnyakouskimі krokamі will take place during the event.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the association of writers, the republican project for 2019-2023 named On the Wave of Time, Throughout the Life was organized. The initiators of its creation were the National Library of Belarus, the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature, the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art, and The Publishing House Zvyazda (Star) (Maladosts magazine).
The round table Maladnyakouskimi Krokami will begin its work at 11.00. The following issues will be discussed: the role of the Maladnyak Literary Association in the formation of Belarusian literature, the results of the first year of implementation and the future of the project On the Wave of Time, Throughout the Life.
The event will continue at 16.00 with a festive event, where the republican project dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Maladnyak Literary Association will be presented, as well as the virtual project On the Wave of Time, Throughout the Life and its new sections.
The event will end at the Book Museum with the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the Maladnyak Literary Association and its honorable members V. Moryakov, P. Trus, M. Khvedorovich, A. Babareko and other persons whose anniversary is being celebrated in 2019–2020.
