The joint work of the National Library of Belarus with the Belarusian State Museum of Literature History, Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and "Zvjazda" publishing house over a virtual project on the NLB website continues.

This year it is celebrated the 120th anniversary of the writer and poet, philosopher and critic Adam Babareka (1899−1938). A special collection of documents of the new virtual project devoted to the study of creativity Adam Babareka that will help more thoroughly learn about this talented person.

Document Restoration: Conservatism and Innovation – 2024

This is the largest professional forum, the main task of which is to exchange experience and improve the skills of restorers and curators of museum, library and archival collections from different countries.

April 18, 2024 marks the 210th anniversary of the birth of Yevstafiy Tyshkevich, a famous archaeologist, historian, ethnographer, local historian and museologist. His research has raised whole layers of the historical past, he was one of the first Belarusian authors of local lore. To mark the anniversary of the scientist, an exhibition "Connoisseur of Belarusian Antiquities" has been organized in the Book Museum of the National Library of Belarus.
