Zinaida Anischenko was born on February 9, 1941 in the village of Brodets, Dubrovitsky district, Rivne region, Ukrainian SSR. At the end of ten classes of the Vysotsk secondary school, she entered the Dubnovsky technical school of cultural enlighteners of the Ministry of Culture of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1959, having received a secondary specialized education, she was sent to work in the village of Belaya, Dubrovitsky district, where she worked as the head of the local library for three years.

As a twenty-year-old girl, Zinaida changed her place of residence and she moved to the Byelorussian SSR. For four years she worked as a librarian of the Stolin Regional Library in the Brest Region, and from 1966 to 1968 she headed the library of the Stolin Agricultural College (now the Stolin State Agrarian and Economic College).

In Belarus, Zinaida Anischenko met her future husband Anatoly Anishchenko, to whom she moved to Minsk immediately after the wedding in 1967.

In 1968, Z.F. Anishchenko was hired by the State Library of the BSSR named after V.I.Lenin as a librarian in the sector of obligatory copies of the book storage department. Colleagues and management supposed her as an experienced, proactive and conscientious employee, who pays great attention to the preservation of the library collections. In 1976, she was appointed to the position of Senior Librarian.

The woman always strived to acquire new knowledge and experience, it was interesting for her to try her hand at different areas of library activity. Therefore, Zinaida Anischenko expressed a desire to move to the Scientific Book Subscription Department in 1978, where she worked for another seven years. But the Department of abstracts and dissertations, in which Zinaida Filippovna worked from 1985 to 2000, including headed it for three years, became truly dear to her.

Zinaida Anishchenko constantly improved her qualifications, never stopping at what has been achieved. In 1975, she graduated from the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky (now the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank) with a degree in library science and bibliography and studied the Polish language.

Zinaida Anishchenko devoted thirty-two years of her life to the National Library of Belarus. Repeatedly her name could be seen on the Hall of Fame, for the fruitful work she received gratitude from the management, and in 1984 she was awarded the title of "Best in the profession."

Numerous patriotic and cultural and educational events, scientific conferences, exhibitions, publishing projects, electronic resources and much more will be dedicated to these anniversaries for two years.
