The National Library hosted a webinar dedicated to technological cataloguing in the Regional Consolidated Electronic Catalogues (RCEC) of Belarusian libraries on June 16.

At the online meeting, the experts discussed the issues of making changes and additions to the technology of the formation of the RCEC of the Belarusian libraries. Particular attention was paid to the quality control of the RСEC bibliographic content.

July 8 marks the 160th anniversary of the birth of Maria Magdalena Radziwill (1861–1945), an activist of the Belarusian cultural movement, an educator, a philanthropist who supported the opening of educational institutions, hospitals, churches, orphanages, publication of books and newspapers in the Belarusian language.
