On March 31st, within the bounds of a visit to the Republic of Belarus, the delegation of the Archangelsk Region led by Governor Igor Orlov visited the National Library of Belarus.
The guests made a tour to the National Library during which Director Roman Motulsky acquainted them with the history, resources and opportunities of the library as an informational, social and cultural center of the country.
Within the bounds of the meeting the parts exchanged souvenirs.
Governor Igor Orlov wrote an entry to the Guests of Honor book.
