On February 25, after a workshop at the National Library of Belarus, the electronic platform Web of Science and the resources of the Virtual Reading Room were presented at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
Students, graduates, teachers and the staff of the BSUIR library took part in the workshop. They learned about a wide range of modern electronic information resources in the field of information technology.
The scope of the Web of Science platform functionality used to improve the effectiveness of research at the university was discussed, including the analysis of scientific citations, search for open access scientific publications, approaches to creating the author and university profiles, utilizing the EndNote reference manager.
